Note: I remember when this movie came out in 2012, but I never had the chance to see it. Seven years later, I finally saw the movie and I really enjoy it. This movie is a very fun surreal and creative movie from start to finished. I love how this movie is intriguing because it has a non-linear story. The movie's themes on what does it mean to be an actor is also very clever as well. Not to mention, this movie is almost 2 hours long and not a single moment was boring.
Overall, Holy Motors is a great movie that I will never forget. This movie is worth checking out if you enjoy bizarre movies. 4 years, 5 months ago

Note: I decided to check out this movie after hearing good things about it. I thought it was a fun over the top movie from start to finish. This movie is not great, but it is not terrible neither. I dig the movie's satire on Dysfunctional families in today's society. Not to mention, you get to see Nic Cage being super over the top as well.
I also like that this movie is only 83 minutes long because it is the perfect runtime for this movie. The only thing that I didn't like about the movie is the ending because the movie cuts off out of nowhere. I also feel like that they didn't explain somethings in the movie very well.
Overall, Mom and Dad is a fun horror comedy that is worth checking out if you want something that is short to watch.4 years, 5 months ago

Note: I finally got the chance to see this movie after hearing great things about it. I really enjoy this movie from start to finish because I thought it was pretty clever and original. The movie has a pretty good social commentary on toxic masculinity. I really like the movie's themes on strength and how intrinsic values can lead to various forms of conflict. The acting was very good and the dark comedy was pretty well executed for the most part.
Overall, The Art of Self-Defense is a movie that is worth checking out. 4 years, 6 months ago

Note:I remember when this movie came out in 2017 and I didn't see it until now. I thought it was a pretty solid movie from start to finish. I love the acting in this movie because everyone in this movie felt like real life people. The characters in this movie are the type of people who you would know in real life. Even the kids felt very realistic because I had friends who were just like these kids in this movie when I was growing up. Not to mention, the cinematography in this movie is amazing. Everything in this movie is wonderful to look at.
I did felt like the movie was a bit long and it didn't need to be 111 minutes. Overall, The Florida Project was a solid movie and it is worth checking out. 4 years, 6 months ago

Note: 65 years later and this movie is still an important cinematic achievement in film history. This movie is a dark and gritty movie that deals with the themes of nuclear war and how nature was going to take revenge on humanity. All the characters in this movie are fantastic and are very memorable. I still love the special effects that they were able to pull off because they look great in a 1954 stand point of view.
Overall, this movie is still a masterpiece and Godzilla help me become the movie lover that I'm today. If you never seen this movie before, do it now! 4 years, 6 months ago

Note: I decided to watch this movie after hearing good things about it. This movie was not bad at all and I end up liking it. This movie is far from being great because some characters in this movie are a bit cliché and it takes a while for anything to happen. However, the movie is a lot of fun to watch because it has some cool kills. Not to mention, the movie has some really cool lighting. I also thought the ending was not as predictable as I thought it was going to be. Overall, this is a fun horror movie that is worth checking out. 4 years, 6 months ago
